Return Policy

At Wipe New®, we’re all about making things easy for you. If you’ve got an unopened and unused product that you want to return, you can do so up to 30 days after it’s been delivered. Reach out to us by clicking here if you have questions or would like to initiate a return in accordance to our policy. We’ve got you covered!

If you’re thinking about shipping our delivered product to another location, that’s all on you. You’ll be taking on all the responsibility in that case. And just to be clear, we won’t be able to offer returns or refunds under those circumstances. Thanks for understanding!

 

Refunds

Once we get your return and give it a good look-over, you could see a refund hit your account within about 7 business days. We’re all about keeping things fair and square!
