Welcome to the Wipe New® Shipping Page! Here you will find everything you need regarding how your order gets from us to you. 

Processing/Shipping Timeframes

Typically, we get things rolling and process your order in about 1 to 2 business days. We’re all about that work-life balance, so we don’t count weekends and holidays. As soon as you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email from us. And that’s not all - once your order hits the road, we’ll drop you another email to let you know it’s on its way. Most of the time, it takes about 1-4 days for the shipment to get to you. If you’re on the east or west coast, it might take up to 8 days because of the type of products we ship, we can only send them via ground. We’ve got you covered every step of the way!

Checking on Order/Shipping Status

After you have made your purchase, you can check your order status by creating an account and/or logging in here. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to track your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and someone from the Wipe New Team will review and get back you. 

Carrier

Here at Wipe New, we’ve got your back. We’ve teamed up with FedEx, a top-notch delivery service that’s all about reliability and efficiency. They’ve got an advanced tracking system that lets you follow your package in real time. So, when you get that shipping confirmation email from us, you’ll find a FedEx tracking code included. This means you’ll always be in the know about when your order is arriving. Rest easy, we’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly as possible. 

Policy Information

If you’re thinking about shipping our delivered product to another location, that’s all on you. You’ll be taking on all the responsibility in that case. And just to be clear, we won’t be able to offer returns or refunds under those circumstances. Thanks for understanding! 

Domestic/International Shipping Rates

We’re currently rolling out deliveries only within the continental United States. This means we’re not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii right now, and we’re also not delivering outside of the continental U.S., to U.S. territories, or internationally.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Sorry, but we’re currently unable to offer shipping to military addresses (APO/FPO) or P.O. boxes. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best service possible within our means. 

Damages During Delivery
